COMPOSITION:

Each 100 g contains:
Doxycycline HCl----------------- 10 g

MODE OF ACTION:

Doxycycline blocks or alters protein synthesis in bacterial cell. This blockage is done by binding at the 30-S ribosomal unit. This attachment of Doxycycline to the ribosomal unit is reversible causing bacteriostatic action.


INDICATIONS:

• DOXIMYCINE is a broad spectrum antibiotic with bacteriostatic action, excellent
  tissue penetration, quick absorption, active against Gram negative, Gram positive bacteria and also against Rickettsiae, E.coli, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia infections.
• DOXIMYCINE is a better and safer antibiotic.
• DOXIMYCINE is an absolute control of all types of chick mortality.
• DOXIMYCINE is safe and economical drug for poultry and large animals against many bacterial infections.
  

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:

1 g per 2 litres of drinking water for 5 to 7 days
