COMPOSITION:
Each 100g contains:
| Chloramphenicol base |

MODE OF ACTION:
- CHLOROSYM has bacteriostatic effect against
different strains of bacteria by inhibiting
protein synthesis.
- CHLOROSYM completely suppresses the assimilation
of ammonia and incorporation of
Aminoacids particularly Glutamic acid, together with an increased
formation of nucleic acid leading to the inhibition of bacterial
growth.

INDICATIONS:
Generalized and localized infections caused
by gram positive and gram negative organisms.
CATTLE, SHEEP
& GOAT:
Septicaemia, Joint-ill of young animals, infectious diarrhoea of
young animals, E.coli infections of young animals, Pneumonia of
young animals, Salmonellosis, Gaseous gangrene, Mastitis, foot infection
of cattle, foot-rot of sheep, infections of urinary tract, Bacterial
secondary infections in viral diseases.
DOGS & CATS:
Gastroenteritis and Pulmonary infections of dogs and cats, Feline
infectious enteritis.
POULTRY:
Coryza contagiosa of poultry, Mycoplasmosis, Infectious Laryngo-
tracheitis, Prophylaxis against infections of surgical wounds (laparotomy,
castration etc.) and accidental injuries.
